Has anyone coated their Weathertech floor liners with CarPro dLux?

dLux says 'plastic', but the floor liners are more of a flexible plastic versus most automotive plastics are hard plastics.

Thoughts?

Ehhh, i would not try it. I know they come coated from the factory. And they do sell a "topper" for them as well as a cleaner. BTW Love mine!

In for suggestions since I will be getting WT Floor Liners soon. I didn't even consider coating them.

I love Dlux, but see no need to apply it to the WeatherTech's. Mine are two years old and still rinse the dirt away like day one. I don't see how the Dlux would help, they still accumulate sand, dirt, stone, salt etc. all of which are abrasive and would most like remove the Dlux. When ,mine are dirty I just clean them as I do my wheels

That would be pricey for something meant to take a lot of dirt/wear and tear. May make then slippery too.

Agree. Wouldn't coat them for fear of being slippery, but I also think they do not need it.

Only two people would have answered the question that way: an attorney and a well-trained witness.

Well I might just order the Weathertech cleaner kit and be done with it.

I was thinking dLux was overkill, but never hurts to gather opinions from others.
