Not sure if I'm posting this in the right section if I'm sorry.
I have 2013 ram I bought used and I have these spots on
the front Bumper that when wet they disappear but when
dry I can see them again I know this sounds crazy I've tried
washing the truck many times and used many Bug removers
I'm at a lost any help would be great.

I know it's kinda hard to see but there to the right of the line that showed up in the picture. Kinda a grey brownish color

That kind of looks like bug residue to me. Sometimes it gets etched in. Do you have any all-purpose cleaner (APC)? I'd try cleaning it with some of that (don't let it dry on the surface), rinse off the residue, then perhaps some mild clay.

For what you have left something like Meg's Ultimate Polish or even Ultimate Compound on a soft cloth by hand should get improve it. What do you have on hand?

Did you have a protection film on the car before?

Just make sure to be Very carefull if you attempt that on the paint.. I did a test spot trying to remove tree sap from hell once and it left a nice dull rash when it finally got rid of the tree sap. Good thing I did a test spot, otherwise it would've been a complete disaster.
