What step would these new pads be used for Polishing , correcting , finishing, AIO and also what products ????

They're designed for polishing. Very nice to work with and I like the stiff backing to them.

CarPro also offers a Flash Pad that has some pretty impressive cutting ability if you're looking for a complimentary pad for compounding.
