Just curious - what's the general consensus on which product to use for finishing, removing haze, etc., on a soft, non-cerami-clear coat? 106FF has a little bit more cut at 2.5 but can it act as a good finishing product or would I need to step further down to 87MC afterwards?

106ff is all you need and should be LSP ready unless you use it with a cutting pad like the orange LC pad, then you might see some minor marring. when that happens just step down to a white pad.

106FF makes the paint LSP ready, no problemos (as stated above, pad choice is vital, unless your pro;)

I tried this stuff and it's so nice. Took off a lotta spiderwebbing, and all that was left was a small deeper scratch. Nice long work time too with the UDM on speed 6.

106 finishes great! And it gets out alot of swirls in soft clear. One thing I am interested in is using 87mc as a maintainence polish. So I will not be using 106 when the swirls com back. Hopefully someone who has used 87mc could chime in, and tell us how well it works. :buffing:
