Got my new WW towel and used it once to dry a car. Haven't washed or dried it yet and it's got this going on.

Is this normal for a brand new WW?

all my waffle weaves have at least one snag in them, normal. SS badges always catch on mine

My prancing horse badges do it all the time too [emoji14]

And that is why I debadged the G8 and will soon debadge the ATS4. Trim it off and you'll be good to go.

My Prancing Donkeys emblems does this to my WW and drying towels.

It is the nature of waffle weave towels. (I don't blame the donkeys.)

all waffle weaves will eventually do that as they get caught or snag on the edge of emblems and so forth. as mentioned, use some cuticle scissors (been using them for many years) and carefully cut off the loose material and you'll be good to go...
