Hey guys, just a curious question, does anyone here do this? Pre wax cleaner before AIO?

I don't it's redundant.

An AIO is basically a cleanser with other things added. So, if using an AIO, the cleanser is almost certainly a waste.

Unnecessary.

Not too mention HD Speed has better correction than any pre wax cleanser that I've ever used (they will remain nameless)

Thanks guys! On to my next question (lol) does anyone here do any other prep work after clay bar and before AIO?

You can use a chemical like Iron-X to deep clean the pores of the paint to remove any potential remaining ferrous iron particles. Claying only sheers off the "tip" of these bits of metal in the paint, Iron-X fully dissolves them.

Bingo. Ferrous treatment is the only additional step i now do before an AIO.

Then to go a little bit futher... if a person thought a pre-wax cleaner or a paint cleaner was needed before an AIO then a person could simply use a stronger AIO or cleaner/wax.

How to choose and use a one-step cleaner/wax by Mike Phillips (http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/ask-expert-featuring-mike-phillips/81546-how-choose-one-step-cleaner-wax.html)

Also for everyone that reads this into the future... a cleaner/wax and an AIO are the exact same thing, it's just different names for the same category of product.

A cleaner/wax or AIO will,

Clean
Polish
Protect

Thanks for the link - great article as always. Does anyone know which category(1, 2, or 3) HD Speed falls into? I purchased it a while back but have yet to use it.
