New size for your Avatar - 180 pixels wide x 240 pixels tall

When I ran the MeguiarsOnline.com discussion forum I set the forum up so you could create a larger Avatar for your forum account.

The default size in vBulletin is 80 x 80 pixels which is like a postage stamp. Here's the deal though, having a little larger graphic doesn't affect the user interface at all as I demonstrated with this thread. See post #6

So if you know how to work with pictures and create your own Avatar have at it.

I use Easy Thumbnails (http://www.fookes.com/easy-thumbnails) to resize all my pictures. It's free and if you read my tutorial on how to set it up you won't distort your images and you won't overwrite your original with the new version.

How to resize your photos with Easy Thumbnails - Free software (http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/tips-techniques-how-articles-interacting-discussion-forums/35250-how-resize-your-photos-easy-thumbnails-free-software.html)

The new limits are 180 pixels wide by 240 pixels wide.

For as much time as some of our members spend on the forum it makes it a little more fun. I use my Avatar for marketing reasons pure and simple. I'll be updating it in the next week with a new title so this Avatar is temporary.

Hey Bob, rest assured we're working on that behind the scenes.
