DP auto wash concentrate

Is it really 3:1 ratio. Seems like all the other water less have higher ratios. Or maybe i am high

Some are ready to use and others are super concentrated. 3.1 is not the new formula which is heavily concentrated I think 48.1 is what Blackfire is.
