Does this have any cleaning/correcting ability? In other words can it be used as a AIO?

When I last used it, i found it functioned as just a sealant. It was just ok (2.5-3yr ago).

Depending on the process/tools/accessories that is
used (or misused, as the case may be) to apply it...

It just may become "aggressive enough" to remove
some contaminates; and/or: perhaps even some
amount of the paint's top-coat film-layer.
