I detailed my black rims yesterday and they came out great. I ended up coating them with Menzerna Power Lock and it worked really well.

Has anybody ever tried diluting the polish with water to make a Menzerna PL spray?! Thinking about trying it first with a less expensive product.

No.

Why not use a quality detail spray/spray wax to maintain PL such as Endless Shine rather than mixing up a concoction?

I thought Menzerna Power Lock was a "pure" Sealant?

And...No:
I've never tried to dilute it with water,
or any other solvent.

Nope. There are plenty of WOWA sealants out there; no need tweak other products. CarPro hydro works good on wheels too. I didn't find that Powerlock lasted long on wheels.

Ha! I guess that was a terrible idea. Endless spay it is!

Thanks all.
