I'm going to be out in California for about a week. I arrive this Friday evening and the next Saturday I have a very special detailing project and this is free and open to our forum members.

I'll share some pictures and the details tomorrow but wanted to start the thread tonight to see if any of our forum members in the Orange County area want to help out.

The project will take place at Mel Craig's shop in Huntington Beach.

I don't get out to SoCal very often and Mel Craig was kind to offer up his shop for this project.

The owner of the Marty McFly 4x4 truck says the paint has never been polished or waxed since it was painted and says it NEEDS it.

Also - This truck will be in the Los Angeles Christmas Parade on Sunday so were going all out on this project.

Yes.

It will be in the afternoon sometime. This is the day for the George Barris Memorial Funeral. It starts at 10:00am and I'm not sure when it will be over or when we'll head backvtobthe shop.

My guess is probably early afternoon.
