DP Prep Remove Swirls

Hi,

I just purchased the DP paint coating and DP coating prep polish from Autogeek. My vehicle (black in color) has some minor scratches and swirls so would I need to use a swirl remover product prior to using the DP Prep or will the DP Prep remove this?

If you plan on applying a paint coating after removing the swirl marks, then you will use DP Coating Prep polish to strip the oils from the surface.
