This was a referral from the bimmer shop.

For almost a ten year old car it was in good shape. I don't think it was ever clayed. Some tar on the rear right bumper, and a dime size tree sap drop on right rear quarter.

Wheels & Tires

Sprayed them with citrus degreaser, and let it dwell for a min. Dawn soap with a wheel brush cleaned them up nicely. Surf City's Tire Pro applied after detail was done.

The Wash

Stoner's Xenit cleaner & remover on the tar. After I sprayed the tar, you could just see it start to melt off. And it also took off the tree sap too.
I clayed the car while it was being washed, to save a few steps. The black wheel shmitt and dawn cleaned the rest of the bimmer.

Interior

A water/woolite mix on the leather for cleaning. Conditioned with Danase leather Rx
Dp Interior Surface Protectant on dash/door/console. And one of the best carpets cleaners- DP Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner. This is the best I have used to date. Made the light gray carpets look like new again.

The Gameplan

The bimmer looked so much brighter after it was clayed. I went with the PC and a org low profile pad. With XMT360 this is a great combo right there. Taped off the trim and around sun roof, took just a few minutes.
One of the things I love about XMT360 is how well it works. In cleaning the paint, fixing some minor corrections. And then it is sealed for months.

Excellent work there my friend! So an orange pad and XMT 360 will give you an LSP ready surface?
