I'm doing one tomorrow. A very rare 1990 1LE Camaro. 10k miles on the odometer, and I believe 1 of 90 ever made, and it's red!

That said, I was wondering on the hardness of the clearcoat?
For what I gathered over the phone, it has some superficial swirls, and no significance defects, so that should be nice
I'll probably be using PO85RD3.02, 106FF or Prima Swirl and then go with XMT 360 and top it with XMT180

Sounds like a sweet car indeed. My wife has a 92 B4C Camaro - B4C is the special police package which included several 1LE parts. It was a bit of a beater when we got it, so it's slowly being fixed up and we're dropping an LS1/T-56 swap into it next.

Definitely must have pics! But sorry I can't help - we had the Camaro repainted (the guy screwed us, paint is total crap) so I can't speak to the original CC.

You could try posting on ThirdGen.org if you really want to know
