I run a RO/DI set up and use 20" canisters for the DI portion. They each hold roughly 5lbs of DI resin. Ordering new resin runs around $80 so I wanted to reduce that.
I jumped on google and sure nough somebody has figured out how to recharge the stuff. I bought what I needed and went to work. A hour later I had fully recharged and ready to use resin putting out 0 on the TDS meter.
I would guess the recharge cost me around $10! Time will tell if it last as long as the new stuff.
Is anybody else doing this?
