Poorboys Wheel Sealant (http://http://www.autogeek.net/pbws.html)
P21s foam applicator (http://http://www.autogeek.net/p21s-wax-applicators.html)

This review took place about 1 month ago as I cleaned the wheels on the right side of the vehicle and applied the product to only the front wheel, which gets hit hardest with brake dust. The vehicle, my roommate's, is a daily driver that is going to get driven.

I seasoned the applicator after putting a typical amount that I would use for a panel; rubbed the wax with my finger onto the applicator.

The product wasn't surgically cleaned as time constraints limited how involved I could get. I have heard some whispers about it being challenging to remove, I did not have that problem all. I buffed it off about 3 to 5 minutes after I applied it.

The product had left a subtle but noticeable glossier appearance to the wheels. In the product description you are encourage to add 2 to 3 layers of this product, for the record I put a single layer of the product on the wheel.

This is a (about) 1 month follow up of my Poorboys bubble gum wheel experiment.

The car has NOT been washed since.

They are about even. Which tells me the wheel sealant has made some noticeable difference. But I wouldn't put a miracle label on it.

I suspect adding the multiple layers of wax would help somewhat. From my observation though, it's effectiveness is mostly in ease of brake dust removal when washing the car.

I didn't have the best conditions for lighting and I was a little bit of a rush; my best effort at getting you guys a clear picture under the circumstances.

I've used Poorboys Wheel Sealant for several years and really like the product. It does make wheels easier to clean and leaves a really nice gloss on the wheels. Good review and thanks for the update.

Have you ever compared it to a normal wax?

I've used 845 and Klasse SG on my wheels many times over the years and found they work really well and last several months. Just curious what advantages I'd see from this product.
