I would look into the Griot's 6" RO..more power and better warranty than the PC.:props:

Your really asking "How can I become a detailer overnight?"

If you get a machine and you don't know how to use it. Please don't practice on your new car.

Get a hood from the junk yard and practice there.

In the mean time go to a "Pep boys" type of place and get anything that Meguiar's makes. Especially Ultimate Spray Wax and spray it all over your car, including the glass trim and rims. and remember a little goes a long way.
The spray wax will keep the essential oils all over your car so when your ready to use more advanced products and machines your car will be ready for it.

You are asking allot of the forum members--your questions can't be answered in a couple of paragraphs.

Here's a list of articles and videos by Mike Phillips http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/ask-expert-featuring-mike-phillips/23722-car-detailing-articles-mike-phillips.html

In addition Mike has a book/dvd/ebook that will answer your questions and it's not too expensive.
