I posted a thread a while back about opinions on the gg 3inch RO polisher

I had more negative than positive feed back.

I gotta say that this machine is ok. I didn't use it for correcting but did some polishing with it and gg did perform.

All that is needed is good arm control, and making sure the head is rotating

I guess the real test will be when compounding is needed but so far so good.

I like it for sanding and letting my daughter practice her polishing skills

I find it too under powered to correct or polish anything.

I would sell mine if I could find a buyer. it was used 2x and it sits in a drawer.

I purchased the Rupes Mini and wow what a difference.

I use mine for those nearly impossible to reach areas that the Flex is just to "Manly" to get into.

One thing I tired to use it for that turned out to be a huge and messy failure was applying the Spar varnish to a just polished headlight.

You only know what works by trying it. At least nobody saw me doing it and the long cleanup afterwards. Had to throw the shirt away

Pictures and a price please...via pm of course. I may opt for the HD model with a longer cord though.

I use mine with an interior scrub brush to clean very dirty leather seats ND to scrub carpets. Works well for that.

It's also used to apply wax.

I use mine all the time for tight places, interior, and motorcycles
not the smoothest, but it has more than enough power to correct.
even used on jet black BMW SUV trunk and more.

on this unit i barely give any pressure. just enough to hold pads flat on surface,
and let the pads and compound do the work, and it works great for me.
