Photo uploader ain't a workn

all day long i have been trying to upload pics only one went through and noting else
every time i try IT NEVER WORKS!!!!!!!
this isn't the first time either
seam everytime i try do upload IT FAILS!!!!

The on,y time I have that problem is when the files are too big.
