hey trhland,

went to get some 3M Scotch green tape today. just wanted to make sure I got the right one. is there only one kind of green tape that 3M has? saw High End Detail's PN post, but none of them is on the one i bought

it says 233+ Premium Automotive Making tape

by the way....JERSEY Rules!!!mine is the 3m tape and its green kinda lime green. they sell it in automotive stores i got mine in autozone in section that sell bodyshop stuff . they also have it at sears hardwear. hope this helps im not sure if mine said 233 on the wrapper i really didnt look

yup, got mine at Autozone too. they were separat from the other 3M tapes (same aisle)

didn't really look at the part nos. kinda like lime green in color

I posted this in another thread about tape.

"I just ran out to my truck to get it; the green tape I have is Scotch PN26338 it also says 233+. Hope this helps."

thanks, Al, but like I've mentioned, I don't see that PN anywhere on the label.

mine has a different PN, it's 1.5" if that helps.

no biggie, i'll try it out tomorrow
