One of my clients got a smoking deal on a Jeep compass that he plans on giving to his daughter for college. After he made a few mechanical repairs he called me to tackle the very neglected and disgusting interior.

Those seats always wick you have to dry them with micro then blast the heat with doors closed windows up

Not always. that's where the steamer really shines no need to saturate the seats with product or water to get them clean. I do have a shop fan that I use to help dry the interior out. I had the vehicle for several days no wicking what so ever :xyxthumbs:

I used the extractor on the carpets. After machine brushing,vacuum, there was still so much junk on the carpet. This is why I extracted rather than steam I felt I would not be able to pick up enough of the gunk with steam and a terry towel.
For vehicles with average dirty interiors the steamer is my go to.

1hr-1.5? Im not for sure to be honest. Most of the time was in prep. Machine brush, vacuum, and product dwell time then agitate with a brush by hand. After all this then I extract. The entire interior detail took about 5 1/2 hours.
