I have to say, they have the absolute best c.s. I have ever dealt with. I bought a 383 model a little over a year ago and the unit is out of warranty. Called them up cause I broke a wand (my fault) a few months ago. Also, the hose adapter (which is cheap plastic and comes with unit) broke. They sent me the replacement parts including a brass hose adapter and a oring kit (which i didnt need) no charge. Yesterday , I broke the handle that u use to lift the unit (also my fault, dropped it off ladder). I called asking for a price for the replacement. No questions asked sending me a new handle! If only all companies operated like that
