Anyone going to try this (http://www.autogeek.net/cg-carbon-flex-coating.html)?

I for one like to try new things, but at 2-4x the cost of any other commercially (non-professional) available coating, it's a hard one to swallow. Given the "success" of Second Skin 6, I wonder what the market is.

In another arena, I wonder when Griot's is going to come out with a coating.

I will not be trying it, I too like to try new stuff but at almost 4x the money of CQuartz I'll pass. I seen their release video and the amount of adjectives and the over the top use of superlatives really sours me to them.

The product is 1oz (30ml). On a normal size vehicle, I may use as little as 7ml on all painted surfaces, but that's pushing it for me; I honestly think any less would result is less than complete and even coverage. If I'm more generous, I may use up to 12 or 15ml on a larger vehicle. So 4 cars at best from a bottle. But CQ and others are also 30ml and I can get a couple cars out of those too. So not really a better deal than others.

Aaaahhhhh got it!!!!....I don't know much about coatings, was just going off their cheesy marketing tactics....figured they made it sound better then what it really is
