Review: RAGG TOPP - Glass Window Treatment

Details:
This glass sealant product was part of my free gift with my last order. I was eager to try it out as I don't use any sealants on my front window. As my car was just detailed yesterday I figured I'd try it on my mothers 2014 Ford Fusion that is still "gassing off" and creating fog on the interior of the windshield.
Review:
I started with a; dirty, dry, cool to the touch, windshield. Below is a picture of the directions on the bottle and I followed them to a T:

The windshield hasn't been cleaned or washed since I detailed it back in June. I found it odd the product says "One Step to Clean and Protect" but the instructions say to clean and dry the glass then apply the Glass Window Treatment, so it's really at least two steps.

I used my trusted aggressive window cleaner, Bon Ami to get the glass clean (I normally use Stoners Invisible Glass) with some glass polishing towels.

I applied the product to the clean class as per the instructions and used medium pile microfiber to remove the excess. Immediately it starting turning the windshield foggy white on the outside! I assume there's a plastic coating on the exterior of the window. The product also smelled terrible (super strong cat pee smell - ammonia). I figured to apply less to the other side and subjected myself to the product again. I buffed the window as instantly as humanly possible and the same results. I had to pull out fresh glass polishing towels to get the foggy spots clean again.

Final thoughts:
I was really left disappointed with this product as it took a lot of forceful scrubbing to get the glass clean again. I don't know if any of the sealant was left after my removal/leveling. I honestly don't know if it's intended to give a "foggy look" but it didn't pan out on this window. The smell was beyond terrible and is what I consider to be intolerable (smell didn't linger). By comparison, my 2nd worst smelling product Lemon Iron-X is 1,000 times more pleasant. I wouldn't recommend this product. It's unfortunate I have to write a negative review, but it is what it is. Regardless my mother is happy and thinks her window looks incredible.
Note: I tried a beading/sheeting test, but it was disappointing (nothing to see). The side windows coated with 845 performed incredibly were as the sealed windshield did not sheet water well and had oddly shaped beads (fat kidneys).
