How does one take out scatches of a windsheild? What pads, compound, machine ?

You can use a DA.

You can use a DA.

But it will take you twice as long and you might not remove some scratches that you would with a rotary.

600-1000rpm, but it will get messy, as you need to keep the Ceriglass wet.
