90 percent of my exterior detail work is AIO on daily drivers. I've tried D151 and a few that aren't sold on AG. Most of them perform very similar. I've been on the search for something that removes swirls and protects. Everything I've tried up till now removes very fine (usually about 50 percent) swirls. Recently I got an 8oz bottle of Menzerna One-Step Polish 3-in-1 and fell in love. This stuff has so much more cut than any other AIO I've tried. I also noticed the product doesn't go very far. I do a lot of volume so 32oz bottles at $50 a bottle eats into profits pretty quick. Are there any comparable products on the market that are sold in bulk? I've heard about HD Speed and will probably try that but from what I've read it doesn't have a whole lot of cut. I've also read that mixing polish, wax, sealant, etc doesn't work out so well but I'm very tempted to mix PF2500 or even FG400 with a paint sealant. What are your thoughts?

Not sure where you heard HD Speed doesn't cut. It cuts like crazy.

HD Speed. Has lots of cut depending on pad, has a great look, and is super easy to remove. Not to mention extremely cost effective. I think you can get a gallon for - + $60 depending on where you shop.

How are you using D151? It's pad dependent as well.

I tend to use Rupes yellow pads on my 21. Sometimes I'll use white hybrids on my 3401 but I find the yellow rupes to cut and finish better. Should I step up to green rupes and orange hybrids?
