My edge adapter wouldn't detach or attach, then my blue waffle edge plastic snapped.....
It was the first time using the Blue pad...


Any one know how I can get a hold of Edge?

I believe Meghan has stated that AG prefers to handle problems with products that they sell, so they can see for themselves what went wrong.

Yea, I wanted to contact Edge since its been over a month since I purchased the products.

I had my 2nd edge adapter break on me. The retaining metal balls came out as I was removing the pad.

They are guaranteed for life, just contact Meghan.

I really love the auto centering and quick connects, but its really discouraging when BOTH the adapter AND the pad failed on me. Good thing I had back hook and loop handy.

As for us replacing the adaptor, I do not carry if its been over 30 days. Those have a lifetime warranty which we will honor. So send me an email and I will get you taken care of.

I ran into the same situation. Adapter broke before I could do the lsp. Thank goodness for the hook and loop.

As a note, I have some Edge pads that are over 4 months old. Don't get discouraged from a great product.

I have a customer that just had to file a lemon law action on a new 07 BMW for 4 bad transmissions in less than 6200 miles. It just happens.

It's how you're taken care of.........that's what matters.

Totally agreed. The customer service is simply immaculate with Meghan and the AG crew. I'm in no way discouraged by the product that Edge makes. I still love them and will continue to use them. I may need buy another adapter for a backup just in case one does break so I won't have any down time.
