And yes I'll be offering 20% of to my first customers and I'll be doing a 20% off referral system just to get some customers. Also I'll be doing 7th wash 20% off, was thinking of doing 15% but 20% seems more appealing and will make people want to refer other people.. and this are my starting prices and I'll be doing this part time. Untill i get a good amount of customers to become full time. You can't be to harsh just give it to me straight forward. Any input will be great for me thanks!

P.S Jetseal it's something like cquarts but removable, because it's still a wax, that why the extra charge because it does protect it more than a wax and gives it a better shine and longer protection than wax.
I also have a steamer not sure if I should put it on my package, I've seen people put it on there.

The prices look a little low, and its allmost overwhelming. Kind of like a restaurant with too big of a menu. I would try something like same as base interior package plus this and that to help keep it a little simpler. Overall looks good though.

From a customer standpoint and in SoCal.

Quick wash and interior (basic every week) seems high. $20 ($25 small SUV) for a car is very common around here.

Your detail prices seem fair maybe a little on the lower side but that might be good to drum up business.

Menu is WAY to much. Unless you know detailing it is just too in depth. I like the suggestion about. Do maybe a basic, middle and high detail option. Add a la carte to that like the dog hair removal etc.

I'd say pricing is pretty on par with most shops around here. But I agree with TRD, drop the combo packages and the works. If someone calls and wants interior and exterior then you can discount the price as a package but you don't need to list that info. Add those optional things like steam cleaning and pet hair removal etc to the A La Carte list.

These seem like great prices to me. I really need to raise my prices. I do your Deluxe Exterior minus the clay and reconditioning cream for $20 and have trouble getting it. I have actually lowered my price to $15 on some customers to get the business and have been turned down. It is also hard for me to charge for final inspection since there is no work involved

More items on the list is NOT better, it is simply too confusing for the uninitiated customers and that will be 90% of your customer base. They will leave your site and not contact you.
I do an exterior, and Interior, Car wash, and Paint restoration. I do have a page that breaks down what is done for each, but it is easy to read. You have 20 seconds to grab a customer's attention, I am done after the Car Wash on your list.
I use several Zaino products on a exterior, customers see Polymer sealant or Show Car Polish, not the 42 different products Zaino has.

Here is another example of way too much detail and where I am coming from, on your standard wash, you don't do mirror glass... really, I have to pay $220 to get my mirrors cleaned? Point is you have way too much detail and seeing the mirror glass does not get cleaned until I pay $220, I am outta here.
As a customer I was insulted by this comment - This detail does not include heavy cleaning, such as stain removal or the removal of dog hair. This service is designed for the well-maintained vehicles.
I spilled coffee on my seat this morning, or did my neighbor a favor and babysat their dog over the weekend, and got dog hair in my back seat, and my car is not well maintained... Really????? I am going to go to someone that has more empathy for my situation.. You lose business.
It's your business, and you have your style, but you asked for our experience.

Well I said for well maintained because where I work if you don't clarify thing they will come back and bite you! But yeah I see where you are coming from.. I did some more twiching around so here is the new list. Thanks everyone for your input! It's been very help full.

By the way I don't know about the nooks and Crannies I mean I want them to know I will clean them or should I just take them off and just clean them?
How I see it as a buyer is if I see something for 10$ I see how much they are giving me and if I see something for 20$ I hope I see the same thing and a little more, that's why I feel like leaving it.
