I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma and it has a plastic chrome grill. My question is i just bought the flex 3401 and the wolfgang twins to polish my paint. Is it safe to polish the chrome plastic grill allso or should i avoid that area and tape it off? It has the usual water spots and bug spots. Thanks any advice would be greatly appreciated.Feed back please

I'd say maybe tape off the gap between the two for your compounding step if your paint needs it and then hit it with the Finishing Glaze when you use it.

IMO:
This is a very good product to use on
"chromed" plastic grills, and such:
Mothers California Gold All-Chrome Cleaner (http://www.autogeek.net/mothers-all-chrome-cleaner.html)

For some [actually many :)] threads containing
information regarding "fake chrome", as well
as more product suggestions:

Use Total Swirl Remover by hand - it will be perfectly safe. Then seal it with Deep Gloss Paint Sealant. :dblthumb2:
