Aaaaah! Just lost all that I typed several times. Tip always copy what you have written before you preview or submit.

Not sure I understand what you mean, "Download written descriptions with my pics".

I have had good results using the link in the header above between "edit garage" and "new posts". The other ones don't seem to work right, or at least not for me. Plus there is also a max size or max pixels allowed. Would have to look it up but my guess is it is 800x800.

I use that button, then select the album I want it in, "Choose File", pick a name for it "Enter a default title...", then "Upload/Submit". After it does it's thing it should take you to your gallery with an enlarged pic of the photo you just loaded. Then if I want to use photo in a post I go to toward the bottom of the page in the "Additional Info" section where it will say "Medium Image:".

It should look something like this without the extra space I added after and before the brackets

Copy and paste that to your text in your post.

Some links that may help below.

Where are you uploading your pictures to?

I see this one you "attached". Attaching an image always gives you a tiny thumbail. If you want to show the full size picture you need to upload it to a picture gallery here on AGO or somewhere on the Interweb.

Here's your thumbnail....

I've written numerous articles on how to work with pictures in the forum world.

Heck I taught myself so if I can do it anyone can do it all they have to do is take the time to read and learn.

My articles have SCREENSHOTS so besides reading the text you can look at the pictures to see what to "click on". :D

Look at all the pictures in this thread, all resized to 800 pixels wide, uploaded to the AGO gallery and "inserted" not attached.
