Ok so I've used dcc on my car and it's great
My question is about expectations and when to stop trying to
Get the repair perfect
I applied the first coat two days ago and thought it was good
But if I looked closely I could still see the outline of the chip
Guess it's not perfectly level
Yesterday I tried another coat
And while it certainly passes the 3 ft test and I now
Have to really look for the repair
When I do. I think should I try one more coat?
When is it time to say when with dcc?

If you keep at it, you can get it pretty much perfect.

does the dcc process yield flat (matte) spots in the chips where the repairs took place?

also, can they be polished as normal without the filling pulling out?

Mine is small but didn't notice matte finish. I have metallic paint

added 1 more coat. still didn't fill it all the way.

i guess its better.
