Been eye balling one also for a while...not sure on the 15 or 21...only use Flex now.

Really curious to see if you accomplish your goal. I think that is all of our "perfect world outcome"

I'm also looking for more cut than the flex, but that is a very loft goal that I'm not so sure is currently humanly possible without Wetsanding. Let me know how you make out on your first test with the 21.

And why 21 over 15? Just curious of what your factors were.

I wanted to chew through panels/hoods quicker. I have the Flex with 5" pads for everthing else. I use Tuf Buf wool as recomended by Richy. That is some crazy cut right there.

To be honest when I want Speed and cutting I go straight to my rotary. That's really been the only reason I haven't bought a g21 yet. Between my 3401, pe8 and my Makita I am still unsure if I really need a g21

I dont have, or really want a rotary. So, this will work for me.
