I have a chrome tipped exhaust, which I have no problem cleaning..,. however, it seems I have to wipe it clean at least 3 times per week and do a really great job of polishing etc. about every other week.

My question is, should I use a dedicated brush and cleaner to spray inside the exhaust to minimize some of the carbon/soot coming out of my exhaust so I don't have to wipe it down so frequently?

Would the brush need to be dedicated for exhaust cleaning and what should it be.

What cleaner/degreaser (?) should I use?

I have the Speed Master Wheel Brush (http://www.autogeek.net/ezdebrfca.html) it works great and is great for wheels too.

Ive heard good reviews about Pinnacle Exhaust Cleaner & Brightener (http://www.autogeek.net/pinnacle-exhaust-cleaner-brightener.html)

1.) 303 Marine Citrus Cleaner & Degreaser (http://www.autogeek.net/303-marine-citrus-cleaner-degreaser.html)
2.) P21S Polishing Soap - State-of-the-art German metal-polishing technology is now available from P21S. (http://www.autogeek.net/p153.html)
3.) Simichrome

I've always found it best to keep the tools, products,
supplies, etc. that I use for exhaust tasks...completely
separated from all the other detailing supplies.

Bob, keeping the exhaust items separate seems like a must but thought I'd ask just in case. :)
