Small white spots all over car..

As usual i started my weekend with washing my car(waterless wash) [emoji106]. But i observed small white kind of spots on driver side. I am not sure what they are. They are not sticky. I park my car at office under a tree. I used to see sticky spots earlier but waterless(uww+) used to remove it. But this time it didnt. I tested with one spot with my nail, i am able to remove it. Does anyone know what they are? Any spray kind of liquid which will remove them.

I would use the fine nanoskin sponge to remove it

I tried nano skin sponge, it worked. I guess its pollen.
