So someone just scratched my rear bumper real badly..as seen in picture http://i58.tinypic.com/jtnbs1.jpg..
i have seen many video on youtube on how to fix this and got some decent idea how to fix this..ordering some primer, paint and clear coat along with sandpaper from Touch Up Paint and Accessories | AutomotiveTouchup (http://www.automotivetouchup.com/) my question is after sanding the surrounding area with sandpaper i need filler to make it smooth as possible..based on my search bondo doesnt work on plastic bumper..do i need this Amazon.com: Bondo 806 Easy Finish Epoxy Bumper Repair - 1 oz.: Automotive (http://www.amazon.com/Bondo-806-Finish-Bumper-Repair/dp/B000CINDQI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1439124030&sr=8-2&keywords=bondo+plastic)..
i dont know if it can be sanded or not. will be applying this afterward before i put the primer Amazon.com: Bondo 907 Glazing and Spot Putty - 4.5 oz.: Automotive (http://www.amazon.com/Bondo-907-Glazing-Spot-Putty/dp/B0002JM8PY/ref=pd_bxgy_263_img_z)
also found this but its bit expensive Amazon.com: 3M 05895 EZ Sand Flexible Parts Repair Tube - 5 oz.: Automotive (http://www.amazon.com/3M-05895-Flexible-Parts-Repair/dp/B000PELVT0/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1439124178&sr=8-4&keywords=3m+bumper+repair)
let me know..i did all the costing with filler i have listed and touch up paint kit..comes out around 100...and new painted bumper will cost me around 235..so still thinking what should i do..
