On the hood of my truck had a caterpillar melted on it yesterday so I washed off last night still something there.
This is what I've done so far this morning. Clay bar and wash hood again. Then it used Meguiars 205 still there. Then it went with megs ultimate compound. No difference. Not sure if it should go get 105 ?
Any advice and recommendations is greatly appreciated.
I did try to take pictures but not turning out well at all.
Thanks Mike

If it won't come out with UC then using another product probably won't do much good. I'd be looking at your process and making a change there before switching products.

You're lucky.

Often times the damage caused by bug impact and bug guts etching into and then drying on a car's clearcoat finish causes permanent, un-removable damage.

Here's what some people do when taking a long drive during bug season....
