Those of you who are more production based (Interiors and AIO) than correction and coating based... do you have any corporate accounts, dealership accounts, retail maintenance packages? It's peak season right now but I know I'm going to need account work to keep my employees through the winter. It's not very profitable, I know, but neither is training new people every spring.
I have 3 "accounts" thus far:
A construction company my dad has worked at for 25 years (2-3 vehicles per month average)
Local Dealership (1 vehicle per week average at $140 inside and out)
Another local dealership and RV store (random work here and there. RVs at 600-800 inside and out, cars at $100 outside or $150 inside and out)
I'm preparing a list of the larger companies around town with fleets.
What do you guys charge for fleet accounts and how do you get them? Every one so far is because "it's who you know, not what you know"
