Perhaps not the perfect location:

I made a cardboard 24" x 24", visual reminder. for ultimately Collinite 476.

Hood 6
Sides 4
Sider 4
Roof 3
Trunk 2
F/B 2

You lost me Rico. Although you have the wax right, I put 2 coats on a week apart a month ago. That stuff rocks, my baby is eternally shiney & will remaine that way for a good long while. Some people have the misconception that it's hard to work with. Pansies!!! Ya do one section at a time, let it sit one minute and buff while the smile on your face gets wider. Take care buddy.

Peace,

Darrin

Hi Darrin,

I needed to have a sense of what 2 x 2 actually looked like & how that related to panels. I've done that before with other sizes. Serves as a visual Q, so as to, how to attack 2 x 2. about 21 times:props: On my Q I have dimensions & notes regarding Colininte.

It really was supposed to go here: What did you do today Detailing related?

It's amazing after looking at the cardboard square a little, you have an instinctive, thought or idea, has to how it plays out on the panel. Size is important, & usually fairly accurate. Using the Rico rhythm method:dblthumb2:

If you are using a 5.5-in pad, if you just kiss the paint 4 times you have set a 20 inch line or 3 6 in pad areas.

Hi Bunky,

For me trying to remember 4 kiss points, as to visual cardboard 24 x24, does not help. I can put the 2' sq. in the corner & occasionally view, so as to not expand or underexpand each pad load of shine.

Thanks
Rico
