Advise on rear bumper cover/lip scratch..

Hello All,
it was bad eve taking reverse scratched little below of back bumper,steel like coating... I dont have rear cam in my cla.
please help if somehow it can be fixed?

any way can be fixed at home to make it look better? or only at some car detail guy or MB dealer?

To me it looks like the chrome trim piece will simply have to be replaced.

For the black plastic maybe try to remove any of the chunks protruding outward and then apply your favorite plastic trim dressing or sealant and after that it should look too visible.

You could also replace it.
