Not the greatest post I'll ever do, but this weekend I got inspired thanks to Tato's post, which among other things shows a great turnaround on some wiper arms:

Unfortunately, no before's because I really wasn't planning on posting anything but trust me - the arms in question were showing some signs of age and were very tired from the relentless Florida sunshine.
So, I pulled the arms (Swanic, I now know exactly what you mean about that "Bang" sound when they come loose that makes you look around to see who might be watching) and cleaned them very thoroughly with APC and then hit 'em with a little P2 Jeweling Polish, then recleaned with Eraser.
After that, I applied Dlux to them and the difference (to me anyway), is astounding.
Very happy with the results - and also gave me a chance to clean up / Dlux my wiper cowl area too. Fun project!
