Do I polish again or IPA wipedown

Used AIO (HD Speed) followed by HD Poxy a few weeks ago. I also used a few spray waxes since then. I ordered Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant and want to apply it. Do I need to polish again or just do an IPA wipe down or . Also what is the ratio of water to alcohol in an IPA wipedown?

I would go over the vehicle real quick with a non-abrasive polish (ie: Wolfgang Paintwork Polish Enhancer). It won't take you long, and it will ensure the previous waxes, sealants, oils, glazes etc are completely removed.

Just do a fine light claying followed by ipa (cant remember mix ratio)

Some form of mechanical abrasion by machine will be necessary to clean up and rid the surface of previously applied products.

Lemme make sure I have this right. I applied Wolfgang Sealant 3.0 about two months ago, by hand. Every week since, after washing, I have applied D156 as a topper. When I get ready to reapply the Wolfgang 3.0 in a few months I'll need to apply Wolfgang Paintwork Enhancer first?

I've noticed that many spray-waxes have
a quite brief durability expectancy.

Couple that with the fact that the HD Poxy application
has undergone a few weeks of wear and tear...and, then,
after the vehicle has been thoroughly cleaned and dried:
Who says you can't apply another Sealant on top of any
extant Sealant?

Now...
If you should deem that the above is not an acceptable
practice for your intents and purposes...then, at the
very least, use of a mild polish/polishing-session is,
IMHO, the sure-fire method of removing a Sealant-LSP.

That will also eliminate the need to split hairs over:
"an IPA this; an IPA that; etc."
