Hi All,

I recently washed my car, used a blue nanoskin mitt next, then washed again and put on a layer of BFGEP.

I had planned on adding a layer of wax this weekend, but was just reading reviews on Sonax Fallout.

Should I / Is it too late when I wash the car this weekend in preperation for the wax to use Sonax Fallout?

I am not sure how tough that particular glaze is, but The Sonax product may remove your glaze.

From AG product page

SONAX Fallout Cleaner replaces the need for multi-step paint decontamination systems because it removes iron deposits and heavy road film in a single step!

A wash could possibly remove some of a glaze depending on what you are using.

Definitely not too late. You should be fine using the fallout cleaner this weekend even if you've already applied the BF Gloss Enhancing Polish. Product description says it's acid free so it should be safe to use.

But IMO, you really won't get much contamination out anymore. You already decontaminated the paint using the nanoskin mitt and mechanically polished it with the GEP. If anything, you might dissolve very small amounts of iron.

Let us know if you see any "bleeding" when you spray the fallout cleaner!
