Which one would be more ideal/ease of working
Porter Cable 7424XP with cyclo brush head
Or cyclo pro 5 with brush attachments?

Like would the cyclo be too bulky for headliner at corners?

I'd tend to think the PC could get deeper into the floor boards and smaller vertical panels, but I'd never use any scrubber on the headliner unless it's a hard plastic, and then only after checking an inconspicuous spot for marring. Any type of fabric top and you'll tear the covering cloth right off the foam backing and shred the foam behind it.

That would cause a heck of a mess.

I definitely agree with aim4squirrels, a brush on a DA would be pretty overkill on a headliner. I usually make it clear to customers that stains on the headliner are not at all guaranteed to be removed as if you get too aggressive it's gonna look a lot worse than it did.

I use a cyclo brush head on my GG DA, not sure how that would compare to the other options you have listed, but it works well for me.

Porter cable or hf da, but not on a headliner!

I use the GG6" as well. I have a couple 4" brushes with hook and loop that fit right on a 4" backing plate.
