No way the XMT1 or 2 will remove that....I haven't used XMT3 but I have a feeling that may be too light as well. Poorboy's SSR2.5 and a light cut pad may cut most of them. XMT4 as well. The 106ff would definitely need a cutting pad. Menzerna Powergloss or SIP may be needed...

Menzerna SIP .... orange LC pad first, the same polish with white pad.

so you dont think XMT 3 will get them out?? also when i get my PC, do i have to get the flexible backing plate too??

You can easily finish 106ff nano with a polishing pad. Just use it like a normal polish.... work it in until it goes clear (about 1 minute or more).

dbrufus- If you have the XMT3 ... try it. You'll likely need to go over the vehicle more than once though. As for the flexible backing plate, that's a tough one. I have both... the standard BP on the PC and a flexible on the UDM. I'm not liking the flexible with the UDM. I do however have a flexible one on my rotary and love it... IMO the orbiting action of the PC / UDM mixed with curves on vehicles results in pad abuse... I've had a pad fly off because the BP flexed too much.

I think XMT 3 stands a good shot at getting most of those out. They warn you not to use 4 unless you are really screwed, and I don't think you are quite there yet. You'll have to go on speed 5 or so and really take your time with XMT 3, probably making 2 passes.

I don't think it will get out the water/poop etchings, or whatever the spots are.

Hey, is that my car?! LOL

XMT 3 might be able to clean that up. Surely it would help a great deal. I doubt you will need to follow up with XMT 2 and 1. After the 3 you can probably go over with 2 on a lighter pad with no need for #1.

Good luck and please psot some pictures of your progress!

XMT 3 will take care of that. I've removed heavier swirls then those with XMT 3.
