Hi all,
I am trying to get my vehicles looking good again.
I just got a griots 6" da and have a nanoskin autoscrub on the way.

I own a 06 limited Toyota tundra (white) and a black 01 1.8t vw jetta. The jettas paint is not in bad shape but has some scratches and swirls. I would like to remove the swirls and I can live with the few scratches.

The tundra is about the same but has some hazy look to it. This one will take more work I have a feeling

I was hoping I could get some advice on polishing products? After getting the paint corrected I would like seal it. What would be good products/ brands to use.

Currently I have the 6" backing plate for the griots but I think I will switch that to a 5" backing plate and run 5.5" pads. How many and what would be a good selection of pads to buy?

Thanks for any replies or comments,

Chad

Again your bound to get 100 different answers. Grab some pinnacle advanced swirl remover/compound and some advanced finishing polish. Excellent and forgiving products. Perfect for someone new or a veteran pro. Leaves cars glossy, smooth and silk and amazing pop.
