Can 303 Multi Surface Cleaner be diluted?

I dilute 303 Multi-Surface Cleaner according
to the instructions on the bottle.
(I've gone up to 30:1)

Notes:
-303 Multi-Surface Cleaner (nee: 303 Fabric/Vinyl Cleaner)
is the concentrated form of the: RTU 303 Spot Cleaner.

-After the cleaning of fabrics...I use:
303 High-Tech Fabric Guard...to protect them.
