New guy here. I ordered a foam cannon ( Chemical Guys EQP_310 - TORQ ) and I need to get a good pressure washer to run it. I have read enough to know I want gas powered, a CAT pump on it, but I am not sure on the GMP and pressure. I am looking on Pressure Washers Direct | Power Washer Superstore (http://www.pressurewashersdirect.com)

It will pull double duty around the house, sidewalks etc.

Any help appreciated

I wanted something to run my mtm foam cannon, but i wanted a big enough unit that i could do my deck with, garage floor etc with it

I ended up finding at my local sams club a honda gas powered pressure washer

Its a 2.3 gallon per minute unit, 2700 psi..

Works great with my foam cannon, cleans my deck and garage floor fantastic

It has a honda 4 stroke motor, starts 1 pull everytime

Only complaint...it came with a small gas tank...i get about 45 min of run time before it out of fuel.....but then again, you can power wash 4-5 cars in that time frame.

I have the Black Max from SAM'S club as well excellent machine, not to mention it is SELF PRIMING = meaning I can hook up to plastic detailer tank and pull water, main reason I purchased.
last time I was in sam's club they were switching out for different model. (SIMPSON BRAND) not sure if SIMPSON are self priming.

I'm thrilled with the Generac 2800 PSI 2.5 GPM gas pressure washer purchased through the company in your link. I've done the house siding, deck and driveway (prior to seal-coating) with excellent results; it's a perfect match for the MTM foam cannon.

Thanks for everyone's input. I am going to try a variable speed generac, if i dont like that one i will spend more and get a Pressure pro.
