So I used PC7424 / LC Orange Pinnacle Scratch & swirl; LC White Polish with Pinnacle
Advanced Polish, and LC Blue w/ Pinnacle liquid Souveran

Each using 6 section passes as Mike prescribes.

Car came out great! But there are some really deep scratches remaining in the clear coat.

What would be my next step at tackling the deep ones?

I didn't try for two reasons, Because I'm a novice I opted the least aggressive route, and 2 the Pinnacle S&S remover is the most aggressive product I have.

I have taken out deep scratches before using OTC products and working them by hand, but now I know better since joining AGO.

Want do you all recommend?

My philosophy usually is:
If your finger-nail catches on/in the scratch...
then more than likely its too deep to remove.

But since you've done this deep scratch removal
process before:

I have taken out deep scratches before
using OTC products and working them by hand

And...BTW:
Joining AGO shouldn't preclude you from trying
those products/methods again, IMO.

but now I know better since joining AGO.
Shoot...some of those OTC products
may even be sold right here at AGO!

Your right. What I did in the past was, removed a belt buckle scratch from a door using an OTC clearcoat safe compound and Meg's scratchy. Then hit it with #7

It took forever, but it worked.
