Any of the forum members participating in the Hot Rod Power Tour? It's traveling from Madison to Baton Rouge.

Yep, that'd be me.

We're a sponsor, and I've done every Tour.

Ford was kind enough to give me one of their SEMA Mustangs to drive (the 3D Carbon) so it'll be a change from the ZR1.

Stop and see me at our Big Rig. We even have some killer $5 t-shirts until they run out. I'm up on stage every day about 6pm. You can also follow along on our daily blog:

Where is the Mother's 59 Chev Sedan Delivery? It would be great to see that thing after all the work Troy has done to it.

We're a sponsor as well, 303 will be represented but our most visible thing besides our semi truck will be the Sta-Bil chassis Dyno we're sponsoring.

I'm doing the first 3 stops with my father and my Avanti. I was doing some sanding and polishing today34808

The '59 is going this year but now has an Art Morrison chassis, Lingenfelter LS3 with Magnuson supercharger, and a Bowler transmission.

I think 4 cows gave their lives for the new interior. Troy's mom and our owner are driving it. Think Thelma & Louise, but with class.

Troy will be with us for a while, too.

I always like talking to Bobby about his lawnmower - the guy's a lot of fun.

That's great! I can't wait to see it. I've been following the build on Facebook.

Ready for the power tour, new wheels and tires, fresh paint on the hood, quarters, and roof. Finally polished everything else. Probably the best the cars ever looked. Hopefully the weather cooperates.

I'll see your Avanti, and raise you a '59 Sedan Delivery.

We should run them down the strip at Gateway!

BTW, I'm the weatherman for the Power Tour. Take my advice - bring a light rain-proof jacket and maybe some long pants for the first 3 days.

I don't quite think that's a good bet on my part. The delivery looks great.
