Been lurking this forum for quite some time. I have learned a lot from the expertise here! And I have discovered what great customer service Autogeek provides. I realize this may not be the most appropriate "topic area" to post this, but I figured it gets better "traffic" than the "customer experience" area and wanted to be sure everyone is aware of how well AG takes care of their customers.
Long story short, I had ordered a dozen of the yellow junior microfiber towels two weeks ago. Upon opening the package, I noticed they were made of a different material than the ones I had previously ordered at the beginning of the year. These new ones had a far thinner feel and less dense nap. I called AG and was told that these are the NEW version due to previously complaints of lint. I thought, ok, I'll give them a shot. Fast forward to removing my application of WG DGPS with these new towels....what a mess. There was hundreds of very fine fibers left behind. (I had washed the microfiber towels twice prior to use.) Needless to say, I was less than thrilled.
But a quick call to AG and I was taken care of. AG offered to ship me a replacement order of a dozen of the purple microfiber towels, (nice upgrade to the yellow) and allowed me to keep the lint ridden yellow ones to use for door jams, engine details, etc.
